Purpose & Objectives…

To promote and advance education and training of those engaged or intending to be engaged in the construction industry as defined by the Construction Industry Training Board in the South Lincolnshire and Rutland areas including the provision of advice, information, facilitation and a forum for discussion.

To our members we are the first stop when needing updates on legislation, quality and specific training in local venues, knowledge and understanding, signposting, grant assistance and meetings to enhance the group.

We believe that education is the way forward and as a result have built strong links with local schools and colleges giving us the opportunity to achieve a knowledgeable, skilled and safe workforce for the future.

We have been offering schools and colleges our expertise and knowledge of the industry and organising ‘taster days’ with a view to offering apprenticeships to encourage young people to choose a career in the construction industry.
